Each barekey set is custom-cut to your exact MacBook model. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and careful packing before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region (business days):

  • United States: 6-12 business days
  • Canada: 7-9 business days
  • Mexico: 8-12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6-10 business days (most EU countries; Switzerland 6-9, Greece & Norway 8-10, Ukraine 10-12)
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6-11 business days
  • Japan: 3-6 business days (remote areas such as Okinawa may take slightly longer)
  • South Korea: 4-8 business days
  • Hong Kong & Taiwan: 3-9 business days
  • Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines): 5-14 business days
  • India: 10-13 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan): 8-16 business days
  • South America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia): 12-30 business days; Argentina and Peru may take up to 40 business days
  • Africa: 11-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and begin from the date of dispatch, not order date. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or remote delivery addresses. Orders to remote or island regions (e.g. Alaska & Hawaii in the US, Okinawa in Japan) may experience longer transit times.

Customs & Duties

For most destinations — including the United States and Europe — duties and import taxes are included in your order total. No surprise fees at delivery.

However, a small number of countries require buyers to handle customs clearance independently (for example, Turkey). In these cases, local import duties or handling fees may apply upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Returns & Replacements

  • If a key skin gets damaged during application, just reach out — we'll send a replacement immediately
  • If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us — we'll make it right immediately, no return required.
