Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@barekey.net.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not require customers to ship items back. Please contact us at contact@barekey.net before sending any return — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
